Restart the ATC API

If you encounter issues with the ATC API, you can restart the API with the instructions below. You can find logs for this service at the following location:

/opt/aspera/var/log/atcm

  1. SSH into the Cluster Manager: 
    # ssh -i ~/.ssh/id_rsa -p 22 centos@ip_address
  2. Run the following command to restart the ATC API. 
    # systemctl restart aspera-atc-api
