IBM Aspera Cargo provides several error messages that you can use to troubleshoot setup and transfer issues.

Error: Host requires authentication | You receive this error message if you add a IBM Aspera Faspex account to Cargo and enter incorrect login credentials. Correct this error by confirming and reentering the username and password. |
Error: Connection timed out | You receive this message if your Faspex URL or IP address, which you have set up in your Accounts tab cannot be contacted. An incorrect URL or IP address or a network issue could cause this error. If you receive this message, Aspera recommends checking your network connection and your host URL or IP address. |
