Installing the Aspera CLI

Download the Aspera CLI package from the Aspera website.
Run the installation script:
aspera-cli-x.x.x.xxx.xxxxxxx-win-xxxx-32-release.zip

The script places the Aspera CLI in the cli directory.
Note: If you have a previous installation of the aspera command-line client, note that the default installation directory has changed.
[Optional] To set an environment variable with the value of your password, to be used with all aspera client commands, run the following command:
```
> set ASPERA_PASS=mypassword
```
