Updating your Console License

IBM Aspera Console requires a valid license key before you can configure users and send or receive packages. If your Console license has expired or cannot be found, the Console login screen displays the following message:

An administrator must log in to paste a valid license or upload a valid license file install a valid license before other users can log into Console. No other user interaction is permitted until a valid license is installed.
  1. To update an existing Console license, go to Configuration > License.
  2. Click Upload a license file or paste the license text into the text window.
  3. Click Save.
