During installation, you were prompted to create a new Aspera service account or
add an existing user account for this purpose. If you have problems entering the
credentials for the existing Aspera service account, change the user password.
Note: You
must have administrative credentials to change the password of the Aspera service
account.

Open the Windows User Accounts management tool (Start > Control
Panel > User Accounts).

Click the user name of the Aspera service account.

Click Change your password and follow the onscreen
instructions.
