In the menu bar, click the Drive icon
and select Open Log Folder.
Alternatively, you can go to ~/Library/Logs/Aspera_Drive.
You can limit the number of concurrent transfers in Preferences > Transfers. You can also limit the amount of bandwidth used by each transfer in Preferences > Bandwidth. For details, see Transfer Preferences and Bandwidth Preferences.
To download transferred packages through a Web browser, you must have the IBM Aspera Connect Web browser plug-in installed on your local computer.
Go to downloads.asperasoft.com/connect2/ and install Connect so that your browser can download packages from the transfer server.

It may be that Drive needs to re-load sync information for that Shares server or node.
The Services pane should now appear.
When you quit out of Drive and then restart, the system needs to re-authenticate you with the server. So enter your SAML credentials again when you restart Drive.
