You can reset the sync at any time, for example when you have changed the sync configuration, or
after resolving a sync conflict. When you reset the sync, the repositories are rescanned for discrepancies.
To reset the sync, do the following:

On the Accounts tab, select the account for which you want
to reset the sync.

In the Services area of the tab, click Sync:
Settings.
The
Sync Settings dialog
appears.
Note: If sync capabilities are made available for the Shares server after the account has
been added to Drive, you must remove and then re-add the account to Drive in order
to use the Sync Settings dialog.

Select Reset Sync and click OK.
