The Virtual Catcher Assets Status Dashboard shows the progress of every asset that is processed through a work order. In-progress assets display in blue, successful assets display in green, and failed assets display in red. The weight, or progress stage, for a particular step in the workflow is represented by a black dot.
The columns in the status display provides the following information:
- Name of the ADI XML file
- Asset ID assigned by the workflow
- Asset name
- Provider ID (URL)
- Name of the folder that contains the asset
- Version number (both major and minor)
- Date and time received by the watch folder
- Date and time the files were transferred to the CMS
- Success or failure of the transfer to the CMS

Search for words or ID names and numbers (not case sensitive; special characters allowed). |

Click Filters for additional search options: file status (dropdown selection), provider ID (dropdown selection), asset ID or asset name, from date (received) and to date (received). Click Apply to filter the data and click Reset values to clear. |

Click the download button to open a CSV file containing all values in the dashboard. |

Displays the value set in the configuration operation parameter for "Number of days after which all files on disk will deleted in the success and failure folders". |
