Using the Troubleshooter

The built-in troubleshooter tool can identify potential problems with your Aspera software configuration that affect the ability of a remote client to connect to your server, as well as verify user account security configurations.

  1. Launch the application.
  2. Click Help > Troubleshoot.
    The troubleshooter starts automatically and generates a report in a popup window.
