IBM Aspera Faspex on Demand requires you to install a valid license entitlement
key. The
following steps are applicable for both for first-time installation and for updating
your license entitlement key.

Go to Server > Configuration > License >
Entitlement.

Enter your Customer ID and Entitlement
Key. If you do not have your ID and entitlement key, contact
Aspera Support.
After entering a valid ID and entitlement key, Faspex On Demand should display
Faspex Enabled: true as
true and
display the values for
Max Active Users according to your
license.
Note: Max Active Users denotes the
maximum number of users who are logged in at the same time. You can have
more existing user accounts than the max number of users, but no more than
the max number of users can be logged in simultaneously.
