Before beginning the installation process for
IBM Aspera Faspex,
you must be logged into your computer as an administrator
(or domain
administrator if you are in an Active Directory environment).
Warning: Due to incompatible common components,
IBM Aspera Console and
IBM Aspera Faspex
2.0+
CANNOT be installed on the same machine. Aspera does not support this
combination. If you are running an older version of
IBM Aspera Faspex and
Console on the same machine, please contact
Technical Support to move one of the applications to
another system.
If you are upgrading a previous version of Faspex, refer
to Upgrading Faspex.
If you need
to uninstall a previous version of Faspex, refer to Uninstalling Faspex.
