If you enable the option (within Server > Configuration > Addresses and Ports) to manually configure a normal fasp transfer server or an Isilon cluster of transfer servers, you can view the status of your node(s) from the Server > Node Statuses tab.

The node poller runs whether your manually-configured Aspera transfer server is a cluster or not. It determines how many nodes are available (single or multiple), and detects additions and removals. Your node list is then maintained in the table with the following information:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your Faspex Server and cluster node(s) must be set to the same time; otherwise, an error will result. To avoid this issue, Aspera strongly recommends that you utilize a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server to synchronize your systems.
