Managing Users in an Organization
You can manage users in an organization from the Users tab in an
organization's Settings page. Users are divided into two categories:
- Available Users: Available users are users that an organization admin can directly authorize to a project or share in the organization.
- Authorized Users: Authorized users are users that are part of the organization through being an admin or through having authorization to this organization or a group, project, or share of the organization.

Through Groups | Users that are part of a group that has administrative privileges to the organization |
Through Teams | Users that are part of a team that has administrative privileges to the organization |
Through Projects | Users that are authorized to a project in the organization |
Through Shares | Users that are authorized to a share in the organization |
Make a User Available to the Organization
- Click the Available Users link and click click Add.
- Select a user from the list of users. You are redirected to the user account's authorizations page.
- Click Grant availability > Create.
Make a User an Admin of the Organization
An organization admin is a user account that has been given admin rights to an organization. Shares system admins can assign organization admin rights to a user account by enabling the them under that user's record.
Note: Unless given "see all" privileges, organization admins can only authorize users that are
made available to the organization.
Viewing an Organization User's Authorizations
To see a user's authorizations, select a user from any filtered list.
Column | Description |

Project | Name of the project |
Authorization | Type of authorization |
Available to Project | Whether this user is available to the project |
Project Administrator | Whether this user is an admin of the project |
